Conversion of existing four storey stone building with basement in the centre of Mansfield within a Conservation Area. Extensive repairs and re-creation of the original timber shop fronts from old photographs, partly funded through the Local Authority Grant system and the Heritage Lottery Fund. New secondary glazing to original vertical sliding sash windows and re-roofed and new insulation.
